I provide personal training for 1-2 people. The training involves a fitness assessment, 5-point postural assessment, body fat analysis, weight and key measurement monitoring. All of the above are reassessed at specified intervals.
Personal training includes:
safe and effective strength training (weights), core training (torso muscles), balance training, joint stability, agility, flexibility training (stretching). Recommendations will be made regarding cardio exercise (this can also be done under the trainers supervision if the client desires). Our training sessions will lock in proper posture.
Emphasis will be on the four components of full body health: strength, cardio respiratory, flexibility, body composition (ratio of lean mass to fat)
recommended sessions:
personal training three times/wk is preferred, minimum is two times/wk. Cardio on own or with us.
packages (60min sessions):
- Pay as you go: $70/single $90/couple - give you a routine and new exercises to continue on your own. Visit periodically to update.
- 10 session package: $65/single $85/couple - Designed to teach and reinforce a safe, effective routine.
- 20 session package: $60/single $80/couple - Priced for clients who desire our long term personalized work-outs.
- Home visits: $85/session pay as you go or $75/session for 20 sessions or more. For the person who prefers to work out in their own environment.
