My enthusiasm for fitness and exercise started at 13 with a home gym and continued to health clubs and now as a personal trainer. I believe in a lifestyle of fitness as evidenced by my continuous exercise through 19 years of constant travel for the corporate world. I have a unique perspective to offer the busy professional to maintain their fitness goals even when it appears too time consuming. My fitness philosophy includes a lifestyle focus, incorporating full body strength, flexibility, cardio and diet. Incorporating newly learned core, balance & joint stability conditioning has improved my fitness at 48 beyond what I achieved 20 years ago.
In 2002 I started training on a part-time basis, then moved onto a full time career in 2003. To date, I have conducted thousands of trainings in health clubs, personal training studios and visiting clients' homes. Clients range in age from 14 to 80.

NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine)
PHI (Performance Enhancement International) Pilates.

Overall strength, flexibility, balance, joint stability, core stability, postural correction, cardiorespitory, agility.
Because all motions or series of motions should begin and end with proper posture, we will evaluate/determine any deviations from proper posture and integrate corrective measures into strength and flexibility training.
